All plants are unique and when you place an order we guarantee to send you the exact specimen pictured in the same size range listed and exact type of pot (size and color) that you order, we also guarantee that you plant will come to you in excellent condition and care but we can’t guarantee that it will be the plant pictured on the website.

We have pick each plant, and we always strive to pick the best specimens depending on availability. You can reach out before purchasing if you have concerns or questions about the plants you are purchasing and we will do our best to help you.

Many plants may go through changes when adapting to a new environment. We do trim, style, repot, clean and treat our plants after they come from the nursery so they will be in optimum health but sometimes we may leaving a few imperfections like a small tear or brown spot because we don’t want to comprise the health of the plant and may feel that it isn’t taking away from it’s beauty.

If there are any issues you within the first day of delivery please reach out immediately and I will see what I can do to help. All sales are final but I am committed to my customers success. Also if you plant is struggling for any reason after it is in its new home, reach out, we can work together to figure out what it needs to thrive.
